Get settings for a system

GET 
/v1/systems/:systemId/settings

Get the current settings for a system.

The set of settings returned depends on the system generation, indicated by the systemGeneration field in the response. Only generation 2 systems are supported at this time.

Some settings are capabilities configured during installation or by the operator; others, such as storageChargeConstraint and gridExportConstraint, are preferences the end user selects in the app.
